For the past 10 months, I have been writing, editing, and publishing two blog posts each week. I’ve published an Original Mac Guy post on Tuesdays and a Retirement Reinvented post on Saturdays.
Starting this week, I’m going to publish one standard post each Tuesday morning. I’ll be alternating between Original Mac Guy and Retirement Reinvented.
Springtime has finally come to South Dakota, and I want to take full advantage of being at the doorstep of the beautiful Black Hills. I enjoy hiking and backpacking and want to make time to do a lot of it this spring, summer, and fall. I’m also going to be doing some NPS volunteer days at the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site. In addition, I want to spend more time reading, exercising, and cooking. I’m also a member of “Team MacSparky” and this work, while rewarding and fulfilling, also takes time.
To do all of these, something has to give in my busy schedule. I’ve decided that doing one blog post a week (instead of two) is where the extra time will come from. I’m thinking this may improve what I do publish, as I will be able to dedicate each week to a single topic instead of trying to research, write, edit, and publish two different topics every week.
The first post in this new schedule will be an Original Mac Guy post this coming Tuesday morning, April 14. The next Tuesday morning, April 21, will feature a Retirement Reinvented post.
I appreciate those of you who read my blog posts and want to continue writing with the hope that they will benefit you. I hope you have a wonderful spring, summer, and fall.
